Thank you for purchasing a mynestride product!
This limited warranty covers any defects in hardware or firmware under normal use during the warranty period. A mynestride dealer or mynestride authorized partner will repair or replace, free of charge, products or product parts that are proven to be defective due to hardware failure under normal use and maintenance.

This limited warranty is issued by mynestride. The limited warranty starts on the date of receipt by the original owner and will be verified by mynestride (the "Warranty Start Date").
1. Who is responsible for the costs incurred during return or repair?
(a) During the warranty period, mynestride is responsible for the cost of receiving the user's product and shipping the repaired product to the user.
(b) If the product has no quality problems or is confirmed to be workable by our after-sales engineer, the return shipping costs from the date of purchase shall be paid by the buyer.
2. What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover any issues caused by:
(a) Conditions, malfunctions or damages not caused by hardware or firmware defects.
(b) If a problem occurs during the warranty period, users can still contact the mynestride online support team or mynestride dealers or mynestride authorized partners to resolve the issue at material cost
(c) The product for which warranty is applied does not have the relevant proof of purchase/invoice/receipt, or there is no mynestride authorized dealer to help confirm
(d) Abuse of online third-party market store policies or mynestride warranty policy terms will be excluded from the official warranty service of the mynestride support team
